  • Caratteristiche Tecniche

    Il crockmeter è uno strumento per determinare la solidità del colore allo sfregamento su tessuti, pelle, tappeti e filati. La prova può essere eseguita sia a secco che a umido.

    La valutazione avviene strofinando il testimone di cotone per crocking contro il provino colorato per il numero di cicli prescritti, il testimone di cotone viene rimosso e la quantità di colore trasferita ad esso viene confrontato con la Scala di Grigi. In questo modo si valuta la quantità di colore trasferita.
    Un contatore consente di impostare il corretto numero di sfregamenti per la prova richiesta, fermando automaticamente lo strumento al numero di cicli stabiliti.
    L’apparecchio è dotato di due caviglie di sfregamento, una cilindrica con diametro di 16 mm e ed una rettangolare opzionale di 25,4×19 mm.
    Dotato di copertura in plexiglass anti infortunistica.

  • Tecnical Specifications

    The crockmeter is a tool for determining the color fastness to rubbing on fabrics, leather, carpets and yarns. The test can be performed both dry and wet.

    Evaluation is done by rubbing the crocking cotton swatch against the colored specimen for the prescribed number of cycles, the cotton swab is removed and the amount of color transferred to it is compared to the Grayscale. This evaluates the amount of color transferred.

    A counter allows you to set the correct number of rubs for the required test, automatically stopping the instrument at the set number of cycles.

    The device is equipped with two rubbing pins, a cylindrical one with a diameter of 16 mm and an optional rectangular one of 25.4 × 19 mm.

    Equipped with an accident prevention plexiglass cover.
