Flessimetro per Suole BELT FLEX TESTER

APPARECCHI IDONEI ALLA DETERMINAZIONE DELLA RESISTENZA ALLE FLESSIONI RIPETUTE DELLE SUOLE

This Flexometer is quite specific to be adopted when testing soles to determine their resistance to repeated flexion
  • Specifiche Tecniche

The newest version of the Belt Sole Flexometer has been finally assembled by Giuliani Tecnologie's Production unit in conjunction with R&D Dept. This method applies to outsoles with the aim determining thier resistance to flexion provided by a standardized belt rotating over two different rolls. The sample will be glued onto the belt surface and will be subjected to repeated flexion when passing over each roll. This will simulate an ordinary sole behaviour in common use. An average number of 50.000 cycles will be selected to check eventual damage occurred to the sample.Depending on the requirements constantly requested by either the average usual customers and, lately, by the producers of high technology performing technical shoes, this updated version of the flexometer features innovative characteristics such as automatic adjustable belt tension with friction, three different rolls adaptable solutions, reliable optical system for the true cycles reading and constructive improvements to be detected in the ventilation system and easier hand operative means; furthermore internal halogen light and security open view cabinet. The control cabinet includes:magnetothermal switch, digital counter,Start, Stop, Manual buttoninternal lightPneumatic belt tension and belt release. All this, of course, being enriched by the consolidated estetic top level definition that Giuliani Tecnologie uses to adopt for all its products
