Construction features:- Internal load-bearing surface, in profiled steel treated, anti-acid painted - External protection in steel sheet of adequate thickness and treated and painted anti-acid with epoxy resin - Primary mechanical movement unit capable of imparting bouncing, rotary and undulating force - Secondary movement unit for self-cleaning of the screens with tilting movement of 4 cycles/min. - Sieve holder surface in treated AL fusion - Alignment rods in thick stainless steel tubular - Locking device made of anodized AL Multi-dimensional mechanical sieve normalized with a frequency of 3000 cycles /min. with primary, secondary mechanical drive and silencer unit. Control panel including:- Circuit breaker switch- START - STOP switches;- MANUAL button- Indicator lights;- Self-programmable multiscale timer.
